Q: Why are MSK character last names C1, C2, C3 or C4?
A: Glad you noticed. The C is short for Character. We have 4 girl characters and 4 boy characters in the MSK buddy family. The only MSK character without a C for the last name is Baby Buddy, coming soon! That's why and that's it.
Q: Can I order MSK storybooks without providing images?
A: Yes. MSK is a flexible product. You can buy the story as is. Or, you can purchase the storybook and change the main character name only. Or, you can purchase the storybook and change the three (3) core images (cover, intro and feature page images) without changing the character name. It's your book, your way.
Q: How do you I upload my images?
A: When you make your purchase, you will get an email stating to upload your three-five (3-5) photos into our dropbox for the customized edition book your purchased. If you do not get this email or if you are having issues with the process, please contact us, and we will assist as soon as possible.
Q: You have 8 MSK characters, but not all of them have storybooks or the same volume of books. Why?
A: We are working to fulfill adding stories for each character. New stories are added monthly. While some characters are more popular than others, our goal is to give each character equal story volume. Check back regularly for new stories.
Q: Are MSK titles available in ebook or audio format?
A: Not yet but it's coming soon. MSK is intended to be keepsakes in the tradition of souvenirs. E-book and audio compliments to the MSK titles will be an option in the near future.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your My Story Keepsake book, and we do our best to make sure that the book is to your satisfaction. Understandably, due to our low cost and customization of each storybook, books cannot be refunded or returned unless there is an error on our end or defect. For prompt resolution, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt to assist with a return and refund or replacement.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once we shipped your items out, you will get an email from our team stating that your purchase is on the way with the tracking number.
Q: Do you provide International delivery?
A: Unfortunately we do not provide International Delivery at this time. Please stay tuned. We are working on it.
